My 10 month old has begun to babble in his sleep. I am absolutly sure hes sleeping when he does it. I tried to look up information about it but was unable to find anything. Im just wondering if my child is weird or if other kids have done it. Im also wondering how to make him stop because he keeps me up for hours with it. Thanks for any help!

My daughter is only 6 weeks old and she "talks", laughs and even cries in her sleep. She does it all.

My son started sleep talking when he was about 1 and still does it ,he is nearly 5 now.Sometimes he will laugh or cry or just sound like he is reliving the past day events.I think it's perfectly normal and I used to do it to wen I was child,I still remember my friends teasing me at school camps or sleepovers :)

My oldest son said a lot of words for the first time in his sleep. He also learned to crawl in his sleep! He is three now and still chats like that. Don't know if there is any way to stop it though, you may have to learn to ignore it!
