Yes it's healthy to get it out I would not be concerned unless it's loose stools or very hard or uncomfortable for her to go. If that is the case I would try to change her diet and see if that helps.

She could be teething... possibly her 1 year molars if she hasn't gotten them yet. If it keeps up or turns to diarhea, take her to the doctor just to be sure because my daughter was having poops like this then they turns runny and turned into 6 or 7 times a day even if she was sleeping and when we went to the doctor found out that she had a tummy virus that she couldn't fight off on her own and needed antibiotics. And her poor bum had such a bad rash from the acidity of the poop that we couldn't even wipe her bum when she pooped, we had to put her it the sink and use the sprayer to gently rinse her off every time.

Totally. My oldest son went more at that age. My middle less. And my youngest is at about the same number. So, I'd say totally! lol

as long as it looks like "normal" poop its fine. if it gets really dark like almost black and soft could be a problem. but other wise normal. my son only pooped once every four days. but that was normal for him. all kids are different

My mother in law says, probably so. It also depends on how much you are feeding, and what you are feeding your child. I know sometimes mine drink too much apple juice and they go more than normal. I always say if you are uneasy, ask a doctor to be on the safe side. There's nothing wrong with that. Good Luck!
