Have you tried the bartering system. I used M&Ms with my daughter. And also being consistent with putting them on after meals and drinks. And when she went I rewarded her with a few M&M's after a while she was doing it often and I stopped using M&Ms and started using stickers and eventually she did it on her own. Also dont push too hard. You dont want to pressure the child and lead to bathroom issues. But just keep trying.

When my daughter turned two I put her in panties and let her go, eventually she got tired of pottying on herself and went to the restroom. It only took her about a month.

I have a 5 and a 3 year old and my best advice is get a timer and set it for every 40 min....(have your child wear there underware)when it dengs say its pepe time and sit him or her on the potty ...if they dont go thats ok just keep trying and be consistent. encourage your child and never punish or get up set if they have an acsedent or do go beacuse that will dicourage them and make it even more difficult.

It doesn't sound like she's ready.... My youngest is also three and still in pull-ups. Sometimes she goes but most of the time she doesn't. I didn't push any of mine to potty train, I just let them do it themselves. It's much easier on mom and child if you choose to do it that way.
