I've never had a problem with my son drinking water.. He see's me drinking a lot of water and wants it. I first started giving him a splash of juice with like 4 oz of water,

You could get those Crystal Light powder packets which just change the colour and add a hint of flavour, but is still water. She might think it's juice.

when my boys wouldnt drink water we always put a small drop of corn syrup in there for flavoring and then they drank it.

try flavoring it. or what i did was my son hated it and always wanted juice so i cut out the juice and yes he threw a fit and cried but eventually he got thirsty enough and drank the water. now he loves it!!

try adding flavoring like cordial my daughter did the same thing and i was all you cant give her cordial kids should just have water untill my doctor told me that she was getting dehidrated and could get uti and that a trip to the hospital wasnt worth a small amount of cordial in her drinks she gets such a small amount that it is not worth worring about 15mls cordial to 300mls water less sugar than jucie but you do need to find a way to make her drink good luck

I have the same problem with my daughter (9 months old now). I have tried in a sippy cup and she takes a couple sips...realizes it isnt milk and then pushes it away, or plays with the cup. I tried adding a tiny bit of apple juice and the rest filled with water and this seemed to work for about 10 seconds and then she pushed that away as well...sorry I dont have any other advice...just wanted to let you know you are not alone...

Make it as appealing as possible. I like the ice idea. I've given my son water since he was 3 months old, so not really sure what'd help.. maybe really really diluted juice. You can't go cold turkey i dont think, but even if its a few sips a day, better than nothing..

Have you tried different cups? My daughter is onl 6 months but wont drink water from a bottle but will from a regular glass cup if I hold it to her mouth. Maybe a sippy cup with a straw?!
