My friend's daughter is dying

My best friends daughter was born with a rare genetic disorder....she has never been able to have the life she deserves. She has never walked, never ran, never spoke, and she is 13 years old. The family has another genetic disorder called gardener syndrome, everyone of them from her grandfather down has, has had, is dying from, or has died from colon cancer. My friends returned recently, her family does not even know, but her beautiful 13 year old Audrey is at the end of the rope. They are calling in hospice, and it won't be long. I lost my mother to breast cancer 9-30-12 and it was the most painful thing I have ever walked through, I can only imagine what she is going through losing her baby. :( I don't know what to say, how to comfort her, or how to show her support and that I care. It hurts my heart....she is going through enough. Her daughter, brother, and mother are all terminal....AT THE SAME TIME! And she is due to start chemo very soon. My heart hurts for them. One family should not be forced to bare so much pain.

I am so sorry for what all this family has to go through. Tell her that you are here for her and that if she ever needs help or someone to talk,a shoulder to cry are there. Hugs
