My daughter is 18 months and does the same thing. They will eat when they are hungry.

my children went through this also! i got them pedisure drinks they come in little cans for kids and they have all different flavors and kind of look like milkshakes...it gives them all their protein and vitamins that they would get from food...they also have protein food bars for kids they sometimes think of it as a candy bar and they have lots of different flavors in that one too! hopefully that helps a little :)

Does she have any favorite foods? Use those foods as reward for eating her peas or a food she doesn't like. My daughter went through a period of not eating much when she was almost 2 and it passed a couple of months later. I just limited her snacking and made her main meals fun. its ok for them to play with the food..even make a smiley face out of fruit, veggies, or make a pancake in the shape of a heart. use dips(catsup, dressing, honey) if they help get the chicken or veggies down. It's not wrong to keep them in their highchair till they eat some food. My daughter is very strong willed and was just showing her independence. She liked food, she just wanted to choose...so I would give her 2 choices and shed hafto pick one and eat it. I also gave her, her favorite foods often...which was noodles. She probably had pasta almost every day of the week, but at least I knew she was getting the carbs she needed. Most likely your daughter will snap out off this phase before she loses any significant weight...but if she continues on this talk to her pediatrician. Or even a nutritionist could help. My little brother ate sooo little that he was in the 10th percentile for his weight and was always at the doc. being tested for parasites and food allergies. It would be a good idea to rule out food allergies if you havent already. I would suggest increasing her milk intake...and even those ensure drinks. Hope this helps

My son goes through cycles where he'll eat good and where he'll eat next to nothing. Do you give her things to drink throughout the day? If so...maybe she feels full from that. Have you tried giving her those drinks for kids...nutripals? I use those when D decides he's not going to eat good! Hope this helps! :) Just know you're not alone!!

Don't worry! It's natural for kids to go thru little stages of eating alot or too little. As long as she is drinking, she will be fine! I'm sure she will start eating again before you know it! If you really are worried after a few days ago, call your pediatrician and ask them! But, I'm sure it will be fine! :)
