I have posted about my story numerous of time and the long story short,my mom has taken my daughter and had her since she was 6 months old,I still have custody and have had a stable home for 3 months now and 3 months ago I went to get my daughter and even called the police (because there are 6 people living in her house,5 of them adults, and they like my mom won't let me bring her home/gotten violent, screamed at me,ect.) and they told me that I needed proof that I have custody, they asked my mom the same and she doesn't so couldn't provide proof,so then they left and told me they couldn't force my mom to give my daughter back and that there was nothing they could do....I am still mad about it and ready to do something about it but,the lawyers say the same thing I still have custody of her so I can go and get her but, don't have police on my side what should I do?

Yes. Go to the lawyers office and get proof that you have custody. Go to the police and show them. No little girl or boy should go out with having their mommy on Christmas.

Get the lawyer to get you a piece of paper proving you have custody so then the police can help you. They need that piece of paper to prove it.
