Anyone have suggestions on healthy recipes that are easy and quick to make for toddlers? My son is a bottomless pit and seems to never get full (even out-eats me sometimes). Any suggestions would be great. I work and dont get home until after 6 and he usually is ready to eat as soon as we come home so I am at my wits end on new quick recipes.

Thanks for the info. I believe he is going through a growth spurt because he is eating even more than usual. I typically do chicken, hot dogs, mac n cheese, pb& j, grilled cheese, etc. I think I am just getting in a rut of doing the same ol. I like the idea about cooking alot on the weekends. I really need to make the time to do that, it would be helpful to me and my hubby. Thanks again! :)

is he going through a growth spurt, or is he not getting enough snacks? he may just not be getting enough throughout the day. but keep it simple. if he's a picky eater, baked chicken, potatoes, basically only bland foods. my mom used to cook breakfast for dinner like pancakes, hash browns, eggs, etc. it's quick, easy and cheap. if he doesn't care what goes in his mouth, do what me and my hubby do. cook a lot on the weekends, and then do left overs. i know your first instinct is to keep it healthy, but nowadays, working moms need to be able to just feed their family. so hotdogs and mac n cheese is always a fave.

also, to go google.com. type "quick recipies for kids" and they'll have some stuff there from soups to whole meals.
