My name is Faren, I am a single mother of 3. I am a college student and also working.

I at times get a little overwhelmed wih wrking fulltme, being a mother of 3, and school. Its not often i get a break to just myself. My family stays pretty busy themselves and their father comes when ever he fills like it.

What can i do to keep myself together?

It is completely normal to feel overwhelmed. Maybe try taking an extra 15-30 minute drive on the way home from work or school (be sure to let your sitter know ahead of time of course) and listen to you favorite music. I find that driving is a good time to clear my head, plus I get to sing at the top of my lungs and release some stress!

Hi, Faren! I'm in the same boat as you. I work full-time, attend college full time and juggling 2 kids and a man. Sometimes I find pleasure in the little things. I make sure I wake up early to get some alone time. Organization is key! I believe in saving time before money! You can always earn more money but you can never earn more time. I'm not sure how old your kids are. But start delegating. It teaches them reponsibility and lightens your load as a mother. God bless!

My mom did and so you can too. Seriously I don't know how she did it. My dad passed away so there wasn't a father at all. Luckily my grandma moved close to help her out. Do you have any family that could? Or neighbors? My mom would lose it sometimes, so that's totally normal. Hang in there, finish your degree and you'll never look back!
