My daughter is 21 months and we give her eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, cream of wheat, grits, cheerios, Life cereal, King Vitamin cereal, and fruit cups for breakfast. All are finger foods except yogurt, oatmeal, grits, and cream of wheat, but my daughter has used a spoon correctly since she was about 18 months.

Hey Lara! I bought an AWESOME book on called "Food For Tots". It has over 100 healthy and convenient recipes for beverages, snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even play things such as bubbles, magic celery sticks, and exploding volcanoes! It's about feeding your child from birth-6 YEARS old so it's a great, long lasting book with tons of advice and helpful tips to get them to eat healthy. It has been so, so helpful for me!
