Happy New Year All! Let me start off saying I appreciate all forms os assistance with raising my children. I am a 26 year old only child mot her of two. My daughter is the eldest 3, she's from a previous relationship, however I'm currently in a committed relationship and I had just given birth to my son. Problem is my 3 year old is starting to have fights at daycare, throwing tantrums, not using the potty, screams for me not to leave her when in drop her off (daycare), having sinister stares ans gazes and I can only think her baby brother is the cause. I've included her in everything yet she still seems dissatisfied. I am once again an only child and really don't know what to do with her its getting worse and I'm starting to feel hurt.

depending on how old your son is, come up with activities that include both of them. or get your 3 yr old to help with your sons needs. im 24, and i have 3 boys...4,3 and 3 months. I recruit my toddlers to help bring me things the baby needs,,,,botttle, diapers, wipes, paci, etc. then i say things like "see how happy you made liam? now hes not stinky because you brought him a clean diaper!" i think it helps them to know mommy still needs and loves them just as much as before! hope it helps! and remember,,,,it could just be a phase shes going through
