Hi! Thank you for the invite. My name is Angela and I am engaged to my sweetheart Mike. We have a daughter, Alyssa Elizabeth who is almost 11 months old. She'll be a yr old June 5th. I'm still having a really hard time saying that! Right now I'm a stay at home mom, and would love to continue to stay home annnnd maybe have another one soon. But we'll have to see what the future brings.

I had a high risk pregnancy with Alyssa but it ended with a perfectly healthy baby. I had a c-section due to a failed induction.12 days later my incision split! It was rough. Oh and don't let me forget I had breastfeeding issues. But we stuck to it and she is still breastfeeding to this day! Yea typing all this out makes me wonder why I feel I'm ready to do it all over again!

Sorry for the long story!!! I look forward to making some new mommy friends!

Quoting Rachael:

Hi Angela my name is Rachael and I have a daughter who is almost 6 months. Time flies... I'm also a stay at home mom who had a high risk pregnancy. I was on bed rest and put in the hospital several times. I had 2 to 3 appointments to see my doc every week for about 5 months of my pregnancy and ended up with a c-section at 39 weeks because she was still breech. I've had breastfeeding problems and ended up back in the hospital due to a spinal headache. My itty bitty baby has gotten so big and I can't believe it. If you ever need someone to talk to send me a note.

Hi! I too was in the hospital several times before actually delivering... I swear I was't even nervous when I actually went in for my induction because I had been there 5 times prior! If you really want to breastfeed stick to it. I wanted to give up a few times but I'm glad I didn't. Was the spinal headache due to your delivery?

Quoting Samantha:

Hiya Angela my name is Samantha and i have a son and just recently had a daughter... they are 14 months apart but i'm already used to it, i too am a stay at home mum... well i have to be with two little ones, my first pregnancy went well, but my second was really painfull! i had terrible pubic bone pain from 33 weeks and went over 2 weeks,, in the end i was induced ans six hours later little Rubie was here...She was a real surprise because at the scan we were told we were having another boy.. sounds like you've been through alot. well done with sticking to the breastfeeding, the docs should keep a close eye on you if you do decide to have another child... chat anytime!

Ok for some reason it is not letting me reply without quoting?! I'm new to this as you can see. Kudos to you having two so close in age! I guess it's true that no two pregnancies  are alike, even in your own body! I was induced at 39 weeks and I was wellllll ready then so I can't imagine going two weeks past due!
