Well, from my experience, my twin sister moved away the day after I came home from giving birth, so you can imagine how I felt not having my sister there with me to keep me company. My husband was here the first week, but the moment he went back to work, I was a total wreck. Luckily your daughter is three months. So I'm sure you're passed any postpartum. My advice, to help myself cope with being at home feeling lonely, using the internet more and reading on a lot of this that I could relate too; especially while my son slept. I cleaned certain areas of the house that needed attention as well, or rearranged things. I'm not sure if this could help you, but it's what helped me. I know the feeling of feeling lonely, but soon you'll be looking forward to doing extra activities with your daughter that will keep you busy.
