Do you have a support system or help? I hope so because that might make things easier. My bf family doesn't come to see our first child so I know they won't help with the second, and I've been too nervous to tell my family. I've already received a few judgmental looks by strangers, at the doctor office. I believe everything will be okay.
My daughter will be 15 months, so hopefully too young to be jealous. Also, since they're so close in age you may have more free time because they will entertain one another. I try to think of only the positives and write things down.

Idk how much harder it will be. But, I'm in the same situation. My first child is 7 months and I just found out I'm pregnant. I hear it will be harder at first, but everyone is different. Did it take a long time for you to recover from your c section? I was told I may have to get one this go around.
