eat lots of vegetables and fruit. Walk a lot, do different times of exercises that work your stomach muscles. There is belly dancing, hula and other types of dancing that helps. There are also little flexing exercises you can do at any time, whether you are sitting or standing. It may take time but you will start to notice a difference. It also depends on how in shape your muscles were before your son. It may take longer if you did not have much mucles development. Your body type is also a factor. If you had one before, it is more likely you can get one again. Good luck.

hm..
idk how interested you are in fruits and veggies, but in general that always makes the body healthier which in turn creates a better image (not eating isn't healthy for you, especially being a mom and needing the energy). Otherwise just being positive, and doing more activities helps as well ^^ You might not think it's a whole lot, but the more you do it the better the benefits.
