I'm currently potty training my two and a half year old, not strict potty training but more "early encouraging" so if he catches on quick great, if not we have plenty of time, but since it usually takes boys a bit more time to catch on I thought we'd start early. We just have a very basic potty and we have a little reward system going on when he does #1 we give him a small food reward (Usually its something like two jelly beans, cookie, fruit strings something that is a little treat) when he does #2 we give him a small toy (something from the $2 section in our local store, we have a ton "stock" of cheap toys that we've brought for him that really only amounted to about $15) the toys that you could use for your daughter could be something so simple as a small ball, bubbles, doll etc. Also lots of encouraging telling her how much of a big girl she is and how proud you are when she uses the potty. Also maybe invest in some "big girl" underwear (of course having some Nappies on hand) but show her the underwear and tell her she gets to wear these when she can use the potty like a big girl. (Make the underwear bright and colourful, maybe with a princess character on it etc that will make her want to be able to wear it) be persistent and remember encouragement is the key!!

Good luck :)
