My son, Hunter, has started Pre-K. He was so excited to go and I was really nervous about it and I still am a little. When I picked him up he was so happy and had a great day! He cannot wait to go back. I have been a stay at home mom since he was born and I'm taking him starting school alot harder than he is. Weird huh? I missed him so much his first day. It was the longest day of my life! I'm proud I babysit a little girl to help keep my mind off it so much. I know alot of people think- time for another child. Me and my husband cannot have anymore kids. I had a high risk pregnancy with Hunter and was lucky to have him. Anyone care to share their opinions or experiences with me?

it is hard to let go but it happens. you could always if interstead adoption, or helping out other mom in your area with kids or giving a break for them. plan special time with him doing thing so you still get time u need with him too.

I too am a stay at home mom. My little girl is just over 2, and I will be going through it soon. But, I hope to home school for a little. But, am glad he took it well for you. My little one hates to be away from me. I had someone watch her for 3 hours the other day, I was told she had spouts of mommy depression. She was with her best friend, so we will see what the future holds.

I too was in a high risk pregnancy and Jazz was 2 months premature, so I am with you on that too, very lucky we are!!

Sounds to me like your a natural mum, ever considered fostering, becoming a childminder or helping out at local nursery or school?
