Pregnancy Weight....UGH...Will it ever go away?!?

I know everyone probably feels the same way but I really need some advice. My Daughter will be 8 weeks old tomorrow and I STILL cannot get in my pre- baby jeans!!! I gained almost 30lbs and am tryin so so hard to lose the weight. I feel like I will never lose the baby belly.....Its to the point that im very discouraged and even depressed. Any Moms out there have any advice?? Or feelin the same way?!?!

I have lost 35 pounds extra baby weight without any exercise and was just drinking Mummy magic weight loss tea 3 times a day before my meals.

Don't feel bad. 14 months later and I'm still working on losing a little over 20 lbs. It doesn't help that i have a thyroid condition but makes it all the more frustrating to loose weight! Keep your head up, the most important thing is the reason why you gained that weight. Remember your baby doesn't care how much weight you have put on or loss, your little girl loves you no matter what. I do understand that how you feel is important too not just the fact that she loves you no matter what, but feeling depressed might make the situation worst! Good luck, take advantage or the weather to get in shape and loose the last of that weight!

Oh I gained 70 lbs with my 2nd child who just turned 6 months and I just recently got within 4 lbs of my pre-pregnancy weight! It's only been 8 weeks, give yourself time. I know it might not seem like it, but you will get back to your pre-baby weight and into your favorite jeans soon enough, and when you look back you'll realize that it really didn't take that long. Eating healthy is a big part of losing the weight though. I started walking and running when my son was about 4 weeks and just kept track of my calories. Just try to be patient and enjoy the beautiful reason for the extra pounds :)

Haha- YES, it is normal and you shouldnt be freaking out! It took you 9 months to gain that weight, you should expect for it to take 9 months to lose it! If you are eating healthy and working out often, you will start to see some changes. The weight will NOT just go away unless you work out... some women think the pounds will just fall off, especially if they are breastfeeding and this isnt always true, though some women are so fortunate. Just remember that every pound gained was for that beautiful baby you now have and it was worth it!!
