I had a miscarriage is 2011, I was a month along and I had my first son April of this year but he passed June 1 and now 6 months later I'm pregnant again... I haven't told my mom or other family members... I'm scared of what my mom may say but I'm also afraid that I may lose another child...I need advice ...PLEASE

I really feel for you. Are you currently in a stable relationship with a partner ?
It is a horrible ordeal to lose a child at any age. And most women I know who have lost babies do find some solace in talking with others who have experienced the same. So firstly I would find a local support group who have meetings. You may find some of your fears are eased somewhat there.
Try to be open with your mum, she can't support you if she doesn't know what you're going through.
One girlfriend of mine had 11 miscarriages/still births but throughout has three wonderful children to show for it.
Often miscarriages are simply a result of your body telling you that it's not ready to carry a baby to term and this can be for many physical or psychological reasons.
Now you are pregnant again, my advice would to just try to be calm and really look after your wellbeing on all fronts.
And I guess depending on your personal goals for life, think about long term options that allow you to take more control over wether or not you fall pregnant again so soon. Know that you are not dealt anything in life that you cannot handle and things never stay the same. Our journey is made up of highs and lows. You will come through this whichever way things go. I hope the best for you.
A trip to your GP quickly may also clear up the situation and they can refer you to a specialist for high risk pregnancies and/or support group for women.
Good luck!
