pregnant with second

after i had my first 'pregnacy i was having a really hard time losing to baby weight. i went from 130 to 170 and couldnt lose any of it and now my son is two. i tried and tried and then i found out i was pregnant again and still weight my 170. im really worried about gaining another 40 with this one too and i really dont like that idea. i know that there are ways to try to lose your wieght well being pregnant without taking from or harming the baby. so im going to try to not let this next pregnacy make me way over weight. im really happy about being a mom again just chasing a two yr old and gaining that much wieght agian will make it hard. any suggestions or methods that might work.

I would suggest working out so you gain minimal weight with this next one. As long as excercising is ok with your doctor, of course. Just make sure to stay active which I'm sure you will with a two year old. I know I stay pretty active with my 1 & 2 year olds.
