If it's too painful to get up and around call your Doc just to make sure all is ok.
Other wise discomfort starting at 30 weeks is normal. If it feels like there is a bowling ball on the top of your vagina that's your cervix, this is probably just the baby's head at 30 weeks..in a few weeks you will most likely start dilating, that too is uncomfortable.
As far as you uterus, baby is growing quick these days and your hips will continue to spread out and all your organs get squashed. With both my kids starting at about 30 weeks rolling over at night caused some achy cramping; I was told it's what happens if you sit/stand/lay in the same position for too long, it could also be small braxton hicks witch happen to me anytime my bladder gets full lol.
Don't be afraid to call your Doc to ask questions, that's what they're there for. Good luck :)
