Personally by the sounds of it he's a waste of space and you shouldn't be with any one especially him just for your son you need to be happy in the relationship aswell I understand you want your son to have a family but you also don't want your son to pick up on the bad things he does and think ok daddy does it I can do it I'm sure you will find a better guy out there that will happily be there for your son and for you and care for you both and help you with your work and what ever else you decide to do I really hope you make your mind up and do the right thing for you and your son good luck xx

Gemma- I think you're really selling yourself and your son short. You're clearly a smart, dedicated woman and mom. I understand the insecurities, but any guy would be lucky to get you and although you may not have a perfect figure or be a perfect woman, how many of us are?? You are still deserving of a loving, respectful, and mutually fulfilling relationship. And lets be honest, if you think you cant get a good guy at 26 (which is So Not Old) what will your chances be at 36 or 46 when you're done raising your son and say the hell with this guy? Get out now. Will you be lonely? Yes. Will it be hard? Yes. But it will be worth it. You deserve better! And your son deserves a man in his life who is actively involved. It doesnt have to be his biological dad!!

Is that the type of guy you want your son to look up to if he sees his dad do it everyday he's gonna think its ok for him to do the same if he's not changed so far then chances are he's never gonna change if you did leave him he might realise what he's lost and shape up a bit more
