serious case of cradle cap? but has affected all his skin what can i was his clothes in?

my son is 9 weeks and took him to a health advisor who said he has sensative skin and gave me a prescription for some cream, however i took him to the nurse the next day to get his injections and she said it is just really bad cradle cap however it is healing from his face and head his legs, arms and neck all seem to b having dry skin and looking red, would love some advice as i am a first time mum, and what could i wash his clothes with?

the best laundry soap i'd advise you to use is All for babies. i use it for my son and he has sensitive skin as well. it works wonders and it smells like baby, so that's a bonus. baby oil will help with the cradle cap and sensitive skin, Just rub him down with it everyday before he goes to sleep, and before each bath. once the cradle cap clears up, use baby lotion.
