I son walked at 15 months and my husband said that he didn't walk until he was 18 months. As long as she's not just sitting on the floor all day, you should be fine. Does she crawl? Is she babbling? Is she getting teeth in? If she's hitting other milestones, don't worry about it until she is closer to 18 months old.

hi there

yes she can crawl started that about 3 months ago she get sit up by herself and likes to walk on her knees. shes not quite feeding herself yet but can eat crisps by herself and throw things to me like playing catch she has done lots of other things too like talking etc lol thanks for the message really helpfull

My little guy is the same age and he is not walking and he stands on things. Every kid is different i have to keep telling myself that cuz if you just keep comparing them to everyone else it will drive ya crazy!

Every child is develops in their own way. My daughter was holding on to things and standing up by 9 months and walking by 11 months. She'll come around, when she's ready.

My son is 7 ans 1/2 months old and he can pull himself up and stand there holding onto something... not walking though. but everyone is different. I know babies that didnt walk till 13 months.

Every child developes at a different pace, im sure she will start walking when shes ready and if you have worries speak to your health visitor about it.

no. If she's not ready, she ain't going to do it. Just relax. Is she talking? Feeding herself? Some kids are some kids aren't. Just because another kid is doing stuff does not mean your kid should be.
My first was talking and walking before his first X-mas, #2 meanders to a totally different tune. Hells bells he finally said "Up." last week (he's 13 months now) And crawling, only if he needs something. Standing - not going to happen yet.

So just relax, it will come in leaps and bounds.

hey

thanks for ure message. She isn't feeding herself properley yet she will take food off the plate though and put it into her mouth and she will eat crisps by herself now. She can hold the bottle but she likes her mum normalley to hold it for her.

She can say a few things like baby, ma ma, daddy and is tryin to learn other words too! she loves crawling but is getting impatient that she cant stand up yet! lol. She can throw things too sheloves playing with her ball and throwing it too the other person lol

hopefully she b ready when shes ready lol

Anywhere from 8mo to 18mo is normal! Babies are walking later and later these days because they spend a lot of time on their backs (when they sleep, in a bouncer, in the carseat, etc.) One way to strengthen their muscles is to let them spend more time being worn in an upright position rather then spending time on their backs (I'm not saying you are or are not doing this) but either way, he still has 5 more months before you need to start worrying.

Every child is different, if she is happy and healthy she will stand when she is ready. I wouldn't worry too much at this age but if you are you could always take her to see a pediatrician so they could properly asses her, although I still wouldn't be worried until she was closer to 18m.

Different children progress at different rates. I was told my son should be babbling actual word sounds by now but he hasn't even tried, he just screams alot lol but when I took him to the doctor she said not to worry and that it will happen when he is ready!

Every kid is different and may take a little longer to stand.others will stand by the 10th month.honestly it depends what you can do to help is walk the baby around, stand them up and gently massage their tiny legs e.t.c to increase mobility.all the best
