Ok moms I'm a first time mother and having bed time issues. Every time I go to lay my little girl down to sleep she wakes up as soon as she hits the bed and then screams. She doesn't want to sleep in her own bed. She is almost 4 months old and not sure how to break the crying cycle. I will give her a bottle rock her to sleep and go lay her down and she will wake back up!!! Help

I agree with the other moms who posted. My son used to do this too, and my little sister now has a 3 month old who wouldn't sleep unless she held her.

I got my sister to put a blanket in the dryer to get it slightly warm. Then she laid her down on the blanket and my niece started to cry. My sister got discouraged and gave me a look like "See!" lol. I just started to go Shhh Shhh Shhh in loving tones then rocked her baby bed and she went right back to bed.

So, try heating up a blanket, then shoosing her in soothing tones and rocking her. I hope this helps! :)

Hi Krystle, I have a 4 months old daughter as well, I recommend you to read "save our sleep" book by Tizzie Hall. this book is amazing and really help me and I am sure it can solve your issue as well

Try placing a heat pad where you are going to lay her down, get the area warm and remove it before you place her there. She's used to the warmth of your body if she's falling asleep on you. Good luck :)
