I thought I was the only one who had this problem! My 4 yr old daughter will try her best to not take a nap during the day, them when 7 pm rolls around, she'll go to sleep, then wake back up at like 10. After that, shes up for most of the night. I hope you get a good response so maybe I can take some advice too lol...

Im lost on that too! My son just turned 4 today and has almost always slept with me! He doesnt ever go to sleep before 9, and it is realy inconsistent. I started last night to put him in his own bed, but the only way he will fall asleep is if I lay in his bed with him. Also, he wakes up at least 2-3 times a night and comes to ask if he can sleep with me. Before I would let him, but you just have to keep getting up and bringing him back in his room. It's going to take lots of time and patience! Good luck :)

hiya my daughter is 3 in aug and shes was the same, she wudnt go to sleep at a set time and wudnt stay in bed, the only thing that worked for us was a strict bedtime routine of supper bath pjs bed, and they only way to keep them there is to keep putting them back in bed everytime they get out in took 4 weeks for grace to stay in her own bed and she was getting up every 30mins i was so tired but its the only thing to do and they eventuly stay when they realise that there not getting there own way lol, gud luck xx
