I've been feeling so nauseous and just plain awful for the last three-four week, and my breasts have been so sore. I've bled a few times since the end of December which is when I believe I conceived but it's nothing like my periods -very light and short time frame. I've taken numerous tests all saying negative but everything in me is telling me I'm pregnant. I would be around five weeks. What should I do? :(

Sounds to me like you are spotting, which is one of the first common signs of pregnancy. It could be something different though so i would definitely see a doctor. I took over the counter pregnancy tests, and i even had a urine test done at my OBGYN and they all came back negative. I requested a blood test and the HCG (pregnancy hormone) level was detected at a 10. Which is VERY early! I was only 4 weeks along and had my first ultrasound at 7 weeks. I was extremely sick and had to be put on medication for my nausea and hospitalized twice for dehydration. I would definitely call your doctor and request a blood pregnancy test and get a full exam! I hope you get to feeling better!

Go to the doctor. Even if you aren't pregnant you aren't feeling right and there may be something else going on. You can also get a blood test to check for pregnancy. That's more reliable than the urine test.
