So I'm currently 34 1/2 weeks along and I've been having really bad menstral cramp pain for about 1 1/2 weeks now. My stomach just keeps aching terribly and I have really bad pains in my vaginal area. I can also feel my little one rubbing against my pelvic bone and it hurts extremely bad. My back hurts and I feel nauseated. Is there anything I can do? Also is this normal??

I am 30 weeks pregnant and getting a lot of strong painful tightenings in my stomach and pressure, sometimes the pain lasts 30 seconds, I have been told that the baby's head is at the brim of my pelvis, does this mean I could go in to premature labour, my last child was born at 30+2

I am 25 weeks pregnant and am experiencing alot of those symptoms! It could be a sign of preterm labour but if your doctor says that everything is okay often it is normal adjusting to labour discomfort! Hang in there but if it gets too uncomfortable call your doctor!

I went through the same thing with mine, constant pains and pressure. I drank one of the big 5 gallon water jugs like once a week and the doctors always said i was dehydrated, but when i told them how much i drank they couldn't believe that i was still having pains, the only thing that helped with the pressure was for me to walk which was hard because i had really bad morning sickness my whole pregnancy and when i moved i was nauseous

i had the most wonderful pregnancy with my son, no aches and pains until about two weeks before he was born when his head became engaged. I am now 29 weeks into my second pregnancy and I've been experiencing all the aches and pains from the start!! What you're describing does sound completely normal, as you're muscles need to stretch to accomodate your growing baby. You might be having braxton hicks contractions, which can be painful at times. The best advice I can give you is to rest and if you ever feel worried call your doctor or midwife.

I went to to doctor yesterday and he said that everything was fine. So hopefully it just means that I don't have to much longer to go!

This is all perfectly normal this is your body getting ready for labor.. You feel pain in your vaginal area because your baby probably dropped into the head down position thats a good thing.. Also the pelvic pain is normal too same thing.. The aching in your stomach are probably contractions its your bodys way of getting ready to deliver your baby.. If you feel like something is wrong and you will know if something is wrong you should go to hospital or call your doctor.. Just to be sure.. I called my doctor for every little cramp, every pain, every ache.. You can't be to careful..Good luck..

Have you been to the doctor? Is this your 1st baby....sounds like you may be going into pre-mature labour.

I drink tons of water and I've been doing nothing but resting. Nothing has been helping.

sounds normal! Sit down and put your feet up. Call your doctor just to be sure and drink lots of fluids!
