I am 21 years old, engaged to be married. My first pregnance was tough. I lost one of my twins just before the 6th month. But was still blessed with my 3 yr old son Zachariah. I found out that I was pregnant about a month ago (I'm just passed 2 months now). Last tuesday I went for my ultrasound and the doctor showed me that I was having another set of twins. I'm so worried and stressed out right now. My fiance is very worried. These will be his first two and he don't want to lose either one. I don't know how to get my body and mind to relax. I don't sleep much at night no matter how hard I try. I haven't been able to eat normal without forcing food down after the 4th or 5th day. I need some kind of help or advice. Thank you so much.

Thank you ladies for all of your support. But I went to the doctors today for another ultrasound. One of the babies didn't grow anymore and seperated itsself from my body. I'm a little sad. I was dreading it so much and it happened.

It is insanely hard to get yourself into the mentality of being ready to begin with and having already lost a baby before it's only natural that you would be worried this time around. Stressing though won't change or help anything, you need to relax and know that things will work out how they're suppose to. This is the most important time to be taking care of yourself and you're babies to be. It will not be easy and the stress won't go away completely it's a chaotic time to prepare for kids, you just have to know in your heart that everything will be okay if you keep you calm and take of yourself! I wish the best of luck and certainly hope that you are able to get to some sleep and nutrients soon :)

I just moved here to kentucky a few months ago. We've been struggling trying to get a car and a place and I worry so much that we will not be ready as we should by time the babies get here.

I dont think you should stress about it. Everything will be just fine. Your body has have a few more years to mature and I think it will be ok.

What will be, will be. The only thing you can do is look after yourself, it can be incredibly hard worrying about losing a baby but there is nothing you can do to stop it, your job as a mum is to look after your children as long as you can, as well as you can. Go to a doctor, make sure you get check up's with a specialist, eat well, sleep well, take a good vitamin supplement, if it's hard eating try to drink protien shakes and milk shakes so you get enough food into you to support those babies.
