My daughter has just decided that she doesnt want to go to bed at night even tho she is tierd. She has always been really good at bed time and gone straight down with no problems. She is 19 weeks old and bed time is 7. I havnt changed anything about her routine.

i think babies change over time. my daughter started to do this to around the same age as your daughter and what i did was lay with her in my bed ( do not do that though youll be sorry lol ) maybe you could try to just lay her in her crib and put of soft music for her.

I would think that she is ready for some cereal in her bottle. She is probably waking up hungry. My 15 week old son just started doing this about 2 days ago.  He wakes up, I feed him and automatically falls back asleep.

It can also be a growth spurt that is related to her wanting to feed more as well.

I further read that they may also be teething and that they may wake up because of discomfort.

There are so many different scenarios that are related to babies suddenly waking up in the middle of the night. I hope this helps a just a little bit!

That's a tricky one. Do you think she's hungry? ready to go on solids? Maybe she's just starting to become more aware of the world around her and gets too distracted. In that case, maybe change her settling routine to minimize distractions. I hope you figure it out. It may just be teething or a growth spurt or some other phase that she'll get through.
