What are the most common symptoms that babies (4 months old) can get when you change them from one formula to another?

Constipation is usually the main symptom. Upset tummy, vomiting are also symptoms. It takes about 2 weeks for a baby to adjust to a new formula, so wait 2 weeks before switching to another one after you have switched.

You can expect constipation and even bringing up of milk. don't worry this is normal and will stop when her system gets used to the new formula.

Hello! If your baby seems to be spitting up more often or has more gas, fussier than usual, then I would recommend changing to a different formula. Let your little one take the lead and the baby will let you know if it is working or not. As your probably know, there are several different types of formula. My daughter and I went through this and my health care provider suggested the Lactose free formula. She was great after that!
