My daughter got her first two teeth at 4mo. old. She didnt show any signs at all. Crazy..I know. The only way I knew she had teeth was when she bit my finger...lol With her molars...she had a fever, diarrhea, very fussy, drooling, and lots of chewing on anything she could grab. Best of Luck

A daughter of my friend got her teeth in early around the same age as your little one. Anything is possible. My cousin would freeze bagels and have her children chew on those to help for comfort. I just remember them being more fussy and we provided lots of chewys and days later, the tooth would cut through.

Lots of drooling, chewing on everything in sight, lack of appetite, pulling on their ears, restless sleep, swollen gums, clingy, sometimes: diahrea, rash, fever.

My son is now 7.5 months and he just got his tooth last week!!! hes been drooling like a mad boy since 3 months old, and it finally came out. The night before however, he nursed very aggressively that I was sore the next day.

I suppose all babies are different, but my daughter drools A LOT!!! She also gets more lovey and chews on anything she can get in her mouth. I use hylands teething tablets and they help her out so much!

My son always gets a cold when he is teething. He also likes to chew on his fingers and sometimes gets a little cranky. Once the teeth are getting closer to popping out, the gums can get very hard and turn white and bumpy. I give my son a pacifier for sleeping and when he is really hurting, otherwise orajel or Baby Tylenol do wonders!

Drooling a lot, hot red/dry cheeks, extra fussy, chewing on fists or anything they can get in their mouth and sometimes diahrea can even be a symptom.

both of my kids were fussy, clingly, and chewys helps with teething tablets. How old is your baby?
