I went through 4 kids that teethed best thing I ever came accross was teething tablets. The Teething Tablets melt right away on the gums and work quickly and for a long time. I would also rub their gums with the baby finger toothbrush and they did well. I never had issues with them not sleeping or crying with this stuff.

My 3 month old is also teething! I bought baby orajel which seems to be helping him a lot. He loves it when I rub his gums with my fingers, it really seems to sooth him. I have also been taking a clean, wet rag and putting it in the freezer for him to chew on. He just started teething a couple days ago so I haven't had a chance to run to the store yet but a few other Mom's have told me to get him teething tablets. They said you put them under their tongue and they disolve really quickly. Good luck with your little girl!
