Is it possible for a 2 month 2 week old to have started teething already? my son is always putting his hands in his mouth chewing on them, and was running a low grade fever for a couple days. This just started suddenly. He gotten quite cranky too, which is not like him.

Some children are born with teeth, so yes I would say it is possible for him to hve started teething. My daughter started teething at 3 months but nothing came through until she was about 6 months. Good luck:o)

I think everyones children are different and therefore do certain things at different times. I had one of my kids start showing signs of teething at that young of an age (drooling more, cranky, pulled away when you touched his gums) There will always be people (dr.s included) who say its impossible...What do they know? Its not there kid!
