My baby girl is 5 1/2 months today and got her first tooth, we didn't even know it was coming because she wasn't fussy at all. Tonight though she has been screaming like crazy could she be getting another one already?!

Once they start coming, they will affect her for a week or so, then subside. Then when she starts getting another one, you'll know it. She could be getting them fast and furious, some babies do.
You could use infants acetaminophen, the dye free kind, it works well and is safe for her age. Hyland's teething tablets work ok, but I noticed they made my little one hyper, I'm not sure why. Once I gave her a few tablets, she would freak out for more of them in a short while. I liked giving the acetaminophen better because it's only once every 4-5 hours. I did give it every 4 hours to make sure she wasn't in pain. And especially right before bed. I had no luck with orajel, the full tube is still in my med cabinet, but I have heard of people using it.
I found cheaper acetaminophen at Target, their store brand. And Hyland's teething tablets were cheaper at Bed Bath and Beyond.
Good luck.
