My baby girl is 5 1/2 months today and got her first tooth, we didn't even know it was coming because she wasn't fussy at all. Tonight though she has been screaming like crazy could she be getting another one already?!

I always put vanilla extract on my little girls binky or rubbed it across her gums. Also baby orajel worked pretty good for mine. Once the first couple of teeth come in, it gets better. If the painfulness persists consult a pediatric dentist. Once they get their first teeth the dentist appointments start. Hang in there!

Get her a teething ring freeze it until its icy and get her a pacifier and let her chew on an ice cold carrot and make her suck on ice

She's got all of those and help for a little bit but then she gets fussy again. How long after her tooth pops through will it be in all the way?

Sometimes three or more teeth come together.I also gave my son a natural painkiller and froze apples for him to suck on.You could also get teething gel worked quite well.
Another great trick is to fill a pacifier with water and freeze it.

My son had 3 teeth by 3 months so it is very likely!

Mine wasn't too bad of a teether, but using a painkiller (such as baby advil), giving them frozen things to gnaw on (frozen teether, etc) and I had heard GREAT things about amber necklaces if you need help with the fussiness.

Every tooth is different, if it has to travel through a thicker layer of gum it WILL be more painful :(
