My daughter is 2 1/2 months and I and even my pediatrician think that she's teething already. she's been sucking/chewing on her hands and arms....any suggestions on how to help her out?

My son cut his first teeth at 3 months old. I definitely recommend the Hyland's Teething tabs, too. At such a young age when babies are still a little uncoordinated in the teething ring department and they aren't on solid foods yet, it was a lot of help to have the tabs. I also used Tylenol when he was really having a hard time.

mine has been too since that age now hes 5 months and still no teeth but teething horribly, pediatrician says teething does not necessarily mean the tooth is gonna cut just that its moving thru the gum , but it can cut, good luck!!

My son cut his bottom two teeth at three months, so some do cut them early and he hasn't stopped. He's 10 months and is in the process of cutting his 8th tooth. We have found multiple things that work. Hyland's Teething Tablets is our favorite. Infant Tylenol works if necessary. Frozen teething rings sometimes help. Or, even put a clean wet washrag in a ziploc bag and in the freezer for a while. Then, take the rag out and give her. You should probably stay close by if you use that idea, but the cold will help her gums. If you use the Soothie pacifiers, I was told that you could fill the inside with water and put them in the freezer too. And, that would help. I hope at least one of these will help.
