I'm a stay at home mom of a 3 month old, my hubby usually doesn't get home from work till around 7 so I would like to have dimmer ready. The problem is I'm an awful cook, nothing ever seems to taste how it should.. Dose anyone have any helpful tips or easy recipes?

Google is great for getting recipes. It's hard to help someone be able to cook over the internet. Maybe you should take some basic classes.
I learned to cook by watching my Mother and Grandmother but they are/were brilliant cooks. My Grandmother was asked to be part of the Danish royal family's personal chefs and my Mother owned 2 cafe's.
I have a heap of recipes but have no idea how to relay them to someone who can't cook. I work full time and still cook a meal every night so have plenty of quick and easy recipes.
Can you cook steak and vegetables? Oven fries are always a great backup. Frozen vegetables are a quick and easy way to get them. There are usualy plenty of sauce bases and recipe bases in the supermarkets as well.
Really there is no excuse of being a bad cook when you just brown meat and add a sauce. It's not hard.
