Ignore and time outs :) When he throws toys on the floor take the toy away and put him in time out ( 1 min. per age). Time out should be a spot that is not by any toys or things that can become a toy, where he can't see the tv, and there should be NO interaction with him while in the time out. If he gets out of the time out before time is done put him back in the spot WITHOUT saying a word. With the screaming walk away and ignore it if you can. Or have a screaming spot. This is a spot that he can sit and scream in as long as he wants, BUT it is a spot NOT by you or anyone else. It is much like a time out spot. While in that spot there is NO interaction with you. It is funny how soon they stop screaming when no one is listening....or there is no one around to listen to it. I do have a rule that if you start to scream for attention (not just crying) while in time out then you are put in your room to scream.
