The teacher is the principal. That is the biggest problem am having. I even tried to talk to the school counsel and I cant even get an appointment no one wants to talk to me. My next step will be the educational department directly.

Have you had a meeting with the school principal about the bullying and how nothing is being done about it? If not, you should definitely set one up and bring up this teacher's accusation at the same time.

She did not say anything of behaviours and the teacher of last year said he is great with the other kids. He does get angry when he gets hurt while playing but who doesnt get angry. My child is also very verbal and in touch with how he feels. Like he will say am angry am unhappy I want to give you a kiss, things like that. He is 5 years old and very active he also has a little brother and if he has issues he would also take it out on his brother. I cant see how I went from a child in Dec who loves school to a child that looks like a crazed person in March when I have to drop him off. We already started complaining last year that he was being bullied and no one did anything about it so I told my child infront of the teacher if he hits you you hit back. Am tired of going back and forth with the school. The teacher is also already past the age of pension. I also dont think she is qualified to make such an accusation out of thin air because she gave me no indication of why she is saying that. I was never even called in about my childs behaviour in two years so you can see why am very angry.

Well... does your child have a psychological problem? What kinds of behaviours does the teacher think suggest that there's a problem? How old is your child? Have previous teachers hinted that something might be amiss? We're going to need a LOT more information if you want any feed back.
