Tips to get baby to nap in crib?

My DD is 6 and a half months old. She will be 7 months August 6th. I am having a very hard time trying to get her to nap in her crib. She seems to sleep in it fine at night, with the exception of a few nights. She seems to only fall asleep while taking a bottle. When I notice she is in a deep sleep, I try to put her in her crib for a nap. Right when I lay her down, BOOM! She wakes up! I have tried letting her "cry it out", but that doesn't seem to work for her, and I am fairly confident she will never be able to be that type of baby. She also does not like to be covered up, she just kicks the blanket right off. Does anyone have any tips for me to put her down so that she does not wake up? I do not want me holding her during the start affecting how she sleeps at night.

My son refuses to stay covered up as well and at first he refused to nap in his crib. he also likes a bottle to go to sleep, he is now a year old and he still refuses to be covered up. if your child likes a bottle to go to sleep lay her down with a bottle slowly over time give less and less in the bottle and eventually give her an empty bottle then take it away completely. i do not use a pacifier so it was slightly harder for me but it worked and he now naps and sleeps fine in his crib
