Tips to get Out of Pull Ups at Bedtime

My daughter is 3 and is fully potty trained during the day. We still put her in pull-ups at night though bc she wakes up wet most of the time. I want to try to get her out of pull-ups. Any suggestions on how to do this? Or, should I just keep her in pull-ups until she wakes up dry more often? I don't want to push her bc I know that some 3 yr old's aren't even potty trained yet but I think she's ready. She's already expressed that she doesn't want to wear them anymore but I told her once she doesn't got pee pee in her bed then she doesn't have to wear them. What tips do you ladies have?
