Well I am only part time I have no maternity pay when I am off and I only started 8months ago! I am from us yes they being very unfair and I read online that they can fire me and it dosent matter cause unlike people hurt on the job there is nothing to help pregnant women at work! According to my job I can only have 6-12 weeks off so they say but I'm not really sure

I'm not sure where you live, Lauren. I guess if you are in the US, your industrial laws are from the Dark Ages, so you may not have recourse. However, where I live, firstly, by quitting you would be giving up your opportunity for maternity leave and having them hold your job for you for up to 12 months. You would also be forfeiting your maternity leave pay. Not to mention that you could report them for unfair behaviour.

The best way to make a decision is to write a pros and cons list. This will help you put it into perpective and decide if quittiing is actually the right thing for your family.
