Ok..for the past week i have woke up around 4:30-4:45am nauseous to the point of throwing up, and then around 11:00 am my nausea goes away followed by heartburn that lasts all night long. I have been on Camilla (a Progesterone Only Pill) for about six months and recently i stopped taking them (about 2 weeks ago). Me and my husband started thinking i may be pregnant when i woke up for a week nauseous and had unrelenting heartburn, and i took a test monday evening...negative. I took one this morning...another negative. Is it all in my head or is it just too early? and if its too early would i really be getting "morning sickness" already?
thank you for your advice in advance!

Well your hormones may take time to regulate then. That does not mean you are not ovulating. You have not really said if you are trying, so if you are not trying, use a barrier protection.

i havent had one because being on the birth control stopped my period. I was on depo provera for two years prior to the pill so i havent had a period in over two years! i forgot to mention that...lol thats why i dont know what to do/expect because i wont have the one real indicator of being pregnant...

Well, have you had a period and missed it??? You can definitely get negative pregnancy tests if you are testing to soon. My advice, wait until you have missed your period, and ALWAYS use the first pee of the morning because it is the most concentrated with hormones. Good luck!
