My fiance' and I have been trying and have not trying to get pregnant for about a year now. Basically we are leaving it up to God. I've been tracking my ovulation cycle and everything. I really want to have a baby, but idk if God is telling me I'm not ready or what. I know being that I've had my left ovary and fallopian tube removed and suffer from ovarian cyst it would be hard. Does anyone have any tips on what I can do?

I agree with giving up. When my husband and I were trying for our little girl, it took about 7 months after stopping birth control and like you, I was becoming discouraged at the possibility of it even happening. Once we stopped focusing on ovulation and basal temperature and started having more fun trying, it took the pressure off and we got pregnant almost right away. Good luck!!!

yeah I have a tip for you. Give up. We did and out of the blue I got pregnant with my little girl. it took seven years to have this happen. I almost went for adoption, but god bless me with a girl. I'm happy with just the one, but if I am meant to have another. Well see it is gods decide.

talk to your obgyn and see if you can get a perscription for clomid. it will help you ovulate more regularly and give you a better chance of conceiving..

it took me and my hubby almost 6 years of trying and finally i gave up lost 50 lbs and all of the sudden i got pregnant.. i ended up losing that one and then two months later we conceived twins!!!!! they were born healthy and came right home with us fromt he hospital. since then we have lost another pregnancy.. so its just a hard road for us too. i have bad ovarian cysts and you just gotta have hope and try not to stress about it as that can also prevent you from getting pregnant.

dont give up cause it will happen when the time is right! good luck =)
