Don't be worried...my son would kick his legs like that too. I think it is fine he is just trying to figure out what to do with them. He will be fine...stop worrying!!

i would say thats normal. my son is a month old and whenever i talk to him he'll start kicking his legs and moving his arms all around. i wouldnt worry. i remembe my oldest son doing it as well when he was that age.

Its normal! Especially when they get excited!! He just figured out he could move them! Maybe he will be an early crawler? :o)

I think he is just trying to get used to the legs GOD gave him, is the action an uncontrolable movement , or is he trying to do it?

sounds like he has found his legs! Legs feel different than arms and darn it they can hide as well! lol Every time he remembers he has legs hes just gotta use them. just wait until he starts pulling up his feet to taste em. they feel and act so different a child will try and test them things out as often as possible.

As for what to really worry about would be if he doesnt try to use his legs at all, then you should worry. But thats a whole other topic!

Just be careful you dont get too close to those legs, Daddy here learned the hard way during a diaper change that one shouldnt sit so close on the floor when Kea goes on a kicking spree! lmao

This is very very normal my daughter kicks her legs like crazy she is 11 months old i think they just like to know they are making the movement and maybe find it interesting when they move their legs what happens .. I would deff. Not worry . all kids do this i think .....my 2 girls did anyway and they are perfectly healthy active girls

This is definitely normal at this age. He is just discovering his legs. He is going to be working on his leg muscles for a long time to get ready to walk. Lots of movement is not uncommon for babies.Nothing wrong with every worrying about your little one though. Showing concern shows you are a great mom.,

My baby girl is the same way. I put her under her toys and her little legs just kick like crazy. She also likes to lift both legs up so that her bum is off the ground and then drop them! I think it is normal for babies to kick their legs, but if you feel like it is an involuntary movement or seizure-like I would run it past your doc.

I think He's just excited! My daughter is the same way she's 8 months old and she kicks her legs like crazy even when she's sitting up.So don't worry he's just having fun and learning new things about his body and how he can move it.
