Ok so i was diagnosed with preeclampsia during my pregnancy so i gained a lot of weight, about 75 pounds. Ive lost 60 pounds so far but now i cant seem to lose the last 15...any ideas on how to kick start my body to lose those lingering lbs?

First of all...you are awesome for losing 60lbs! I know the last 10-15 lbs can take a while. I'm a Jazzercise instructor and taught all throughout my pregnancy and immediately after my baby was born and it really helped keep me trim while I was pregnant (I gained 37lbs, and I had PIH towards the end) and helped shed the weight after the baby. But the best advice I can give is eat lots of veggies and lean protein, drink plenty of water, and watch the sugar. If you are breastfeeding and dieting sometimes your body just holds on to the weight no matter what you do and then once you wean it kind of melts off. That's what happened to me. Don't over train or your body will hold onto weight also, try working out every other day with at least 30 minutes of fairly intense cardio. Also make sure you are strength training as well (lifting some weights at least a couple times per week). The more lean muscle you have the better, those muscles will burn fat all day long without you doing anything.
