Weird rash on daughters bum

My 15 month old has developed a rash on her bum and I have no idea what it is. Normally the cream I use for diaper rash clears anything up by morning, but this time nothing is touching it. It's red, raised and had tiny litle white bumps all over it. Any thoughts??

I'd say heat rash too, especially since my own has the same thing right now. =) Let them cool off, have a bath and let her run for awhile without her diaper on. Remember to powder it too so it's dry. If it doesn't clear up within a few days though then I'd talk to your little ones doctor.
That's all it took for mine, I'd let them run without their diaper a couple times a day, put powder in their rolls (since it's always worse there) to dry out the sweat. I'd bath them each night and powder again to dry them off.

It could be a heat rash too or it could be a rash from her sweating with the diaper on. My daughter had a little bit of red bumps and it was from being outside at the beach and getting all hot a sweaty. If it doesn't go away I'd have your doctor look at it.

My daughter has the EXACT same thing one her bottom. I too have no clue as to what it is. I switched diapers about a two weeks ago and some one told me that it might be an allergic reaction to the diapers. I have just changed back to her other diapers and hopefully it will clear up. I thought it was weird too becasue the cream I use always cleared any rash after one or two applications. Did U change diapers? I am not really sure what else to thing because I havent changed anything else other than the diapers. Hopefully we both figure something out......
