I use a humidifier and it helped a lot. Also, OJ is a great way to feel better, and lots of rest. Fresh air seemed to help my little one out a lot aswell. 2 walks a day for about an hour. Hope it helps!

I have a 2 year old so I am also limited on what I can give him. I like to use Pedia-care Plug-in Vaper. It is waterless and plugs into an outlet it also has a night light included. I also use Johnson's Vapor Bath and Little Noses saline Drops.

I am a big fan of Johnson's Soothing Vapor Bath. My 21 mos old daughter loves taking a bath anyway and this makes fun little bubbles for her to play with and helps to keep her from getting too congested.

i got my son the vicks warm mist humidifier with this stuff that smells like vicks that you add to it and it puts it through the nice moist air!! it helped my son get over his little cold sooo quick and helped me and dad too!! it was so soothing for us.. other than that i gave him lots of OJ and some warm water with lemon in it to help his throat... hope that helps a little bit
