What are some ways that I can get my son eat his lunch/dinner?

Does anyone have any ideas or recipes that I can do for my 14 month old son who has become very very picky when it comes to eating? It is becoming frustrating for me to try to feed him lunch and dinner. Thank you in advance!

Does he like pancakes? I buy wheat batter and add fruit and blended veggies to the batter. ( and even some proten powder) Also I once heard to buy an ice cube tray and put one bite in each hole. Kids like to watch it empty out. It's like a game.

When it gets really bad I serve him muscle milk with his dinner. At least then I know he's getting that.

He does like pancakes! Great idea on adding fruits to the pancakes! I will certainly try that! The ice tray idea sounds really fun and will do that as well! Breakfast foods he loves but it is lunch and dinner can become challenging.

Whats's his fav food? I find spaghetti great. I can add different veggies after chopping them tiny or blending some steamed veggies. You can also use different meats too.

I had a problem with my oldest as a baby. She wouldn't eat it unless it came from a jar because that food was 'yummiest'. I simply put the food I cooked into some baby food jars and reused them! She had quite a shock when she stayed with the grandparents and they took her to choose her food, it wasn't quite as yummy as she remembered. Maybe try feedingfussyeaters.com or try searching circle of mums and just search for fussy toddlers, there is some great discussions and tips.
